Cancellation Policy
Disclaimer: Love Lee Alston is not a licensed counselor, therapist, or life coach. The support offered is meant to provide a safe, compassionate space for emotional release and personal grounding. If professional counseling or therapy is needed, we will gladly assist you in finding trusted resources for your continued care. ​ Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential. In-person sessions will be video recorded for the protection of both client and practitioner. Confidentiality will only be broken if the client expresses intent to harm themselves or another person. Respect & Boundaries: This is a safe, non-judgmental, and professional environment. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% session fee.
