Becoming Whole is a safe, empowering, and spiritually grounded community on Skool for individuals who have experienced life-altering trauma and are ready to begin, or deepen, their healing journey.

This space was created for those navigating the emotional, physical, and spiritual impact of trauma from experiences such as divorce, sexual assault, and the death of loved ones. Trauma does not simply live in the mind, it settles into the body, disrupts the spirit, and quietly shapes how we move through the world. Here, we address healing at every level.
Inside Becoming Whole, you will find guided conversations, educational resources, and supportive community centered on:

Becoming Whole is co-ed and intentionally designed for those who are serious about healing, growth, and transformation. You do not need to have the right words, the perfect mindset, or a finished version of yourself. You only need the willingness to show up honestly.

If you are ready to stop carrying your pain alone, to understand yourself more deeply, and to move forward with strength, wholeness, and intention, this community was created for you.
Healing is not about becoming who you were before.
It’s about becoming whole.

Becoming Whole – Community Rules & Safety Guidelines
Becoming Whole is a sacred, supportive space created for healing, growth, and restoration. To maintain safety, trust, and integrity within this community, all members are expected to honor the following guidelines.

1. Confidentiality Is Non-Negotiable
What is shared in this community stays in this community.
​
Do not screenshot, record, repost, or share another member’s story, name, or personal experiences outside of this space, even with good intentions. Protecting privacy is essential to healing.
2. Respect Every Healing Journey
Healing is not linear, and it looks different for everyone.
​
There is no comparison, competition, or hierarchy of trauma here. Avoid minimizing, dismissing, or ranking anyone’s experiences. Statements such as “at least…” or “others have it worse” are not permitted.
3. This Is a Support Space, Not Therapy
Becoming Whole is a peer-supported healing community, not a replacement for professional mental health care.

Members are encouraged to seek licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals when needed. Do not present yourself as a medical, mental health, or spiritual authority over others.
4. No Victim-Blaming or Harmful Language
Any form of victim-blaming, shaming, gaslighting, or justification of abuse is strictly prohibited.
​
This includes comments that question someone’s choices, reactions, or responsibility for their trauma. Harmful or triggering language will be addressed immediately.
5. Speak From Your Own Experience
Share using “I” statements rather than giving unsolicited advice.
​
You are welcome to share what has helped you personally, but do not tell others what they “should” do. Honor autonomy and personal discernment.
6. Spiritual Respect and Boundaries
Becoming Whole welcomes spiritual exploration and expression.
​
However, do not impose beliefs, religious doctrines, or spiritual interpretations onto others. Spiritual bypassing (using spirituality to dismiss pain) is not permitted.
7. No Hate, Harassment, or Discrimination
This is a zero-tolerance policy.
​
Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, religious intolerance, ableism, or any form of harassment will result in immediate removal from the community.
8. Trigger Awareness
When sharing sensitive content related to sexual assault, violence, or death, please use content warnings when possible.
​
Members are encouraged to take breaks, mute discussions, or step away when needed. Self-care is part of healing.
9. No Soliciting or Promotion
This community is not a marketplace.
​
Do not promote businesses, services, products, fundraisers, or personal content without explicit permission from the community host.
10. Honor the Space
Show up with integrity, compassion, and accountability.
​
Disruptive behavior, repeated boundary violations, or actions that compromise the emotional safety of others may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal — at the discretion of the community host.

Becoming Whole exists to support healing — not perfection.
